In 2010, Snapfish launched the Snapfish Publisher program for Designer and Web Application Developers.

For Designers, we created a Portal where approved Publisher designers can upload, describe and publish card designs in eight countries.
The total number of card designs in the Snapfish Store increased 1000%.
As a result of the Publisher project, card sales increased across secondary holidays and events, such as Halloween and Thanksgiving.

In 2008, As a part of the Music without Limits strategy, Rhapsody product management team extended the music service to provide DRM-free MP3s purchase from all major music labels.

For this project, I introduced a Mini Cart Layer for the MP3 Store. When a customer adds an items to their cart, a layer is displayed ON the same page. By changing the shopping cart model we keep the customer within the shopping experience and also provided more cross-sell options based on items added to the cart.

From a customer perspective, there was a unique opportunity to provide a better service which anticipated the customer's needs at different points in their financial lives.
