| Online Brokerage Integration |
|
In order to support the merger with Fleet
Bank, several projects were initiated to provide additional functionality
to the Online Banking application to parallel functionality and
access points provided on the Fleet HomeLink online banking site.
With this specific project, Site Integration Phase 3: Online Banking
integration with Online Brokerage, we would display brokerage account
balances in Online Banking and provide access to the online brokerage
site from Online Banking without the need for additional authentication
by the customer.
This project is the focus of my case study
paper and presentation, "The
Challenges and Realities of Merging Online Banks" at the
DUX 2005 conference,
November 2005.
